30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exclusions:

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@airova.co. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges:

For an exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is approved, making a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason, without the need for justification. As with standard returns, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it,

  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging,

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
